Lead Pastor – Joe Hayman was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and was saved in 1983 at the age of eight. While in high school he felt called to go into full-time ministry. After graduating from Bible College, he came on staff at The King’s Way Baptist Church in June 1998. While on staff, he has served in multiple roles, including high school principal, church bus director, youth pastor, and associate pastor. He became the pastor of the church in March 2014. He and his wife, Christi, have three children: Ben, Clay, and Drew.
